About Us
At Impulse Charity, we believe that neurodivergence - is not a disorder! Instead, it is a natural variation in human cognition. It's essential to recognise that neurodivergent individuals have unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences that should be celebrated and valued.

We launched due to significant concerns that neurodivergent people face, including adverse life events, discrimination, inequality, and prison.
We define neurodivergence as a term used to describe a group of people whose brains work differently from the dominant or 'neurotypical' population. This group includes individuals with autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other neurological conditions. We understand that neurodivergent individuals often face challenges in their daily lives, such as social interaction, communication, and sensory processing.
At Impulse Charity, we respond to neurodivergence to improve lives. We provide specialist support to neurodivergent individuals. Support aims to help individuals thrive in their personal and professional lives. Our team of experts offers tailored advice, guidance, and interventions to help individuals overcome barriers, achieve their goals, and reach their full potential. We believe that - everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, and we're committed to making that a reality for neurodivergent individuals.
